Who Paints Surreal Paintings of a Frozen Seattle?
Q. A few years ago there was a guy that set up shop around Christmas in the Northgate Mall in Seattle and sold paintings of the Seattle area frozen and under water. I'm pretty sure he had a website, but I can't find it for the life of me. The paintings had things like the Space Needle or downtown Seattle, under water with dolphins swimming by, or covered in snow with frolicking polar bears. Can anyone else find this guy's website? A. Seattle is the home of Nordstrom, the Flagship Store is downtown on 5th and Pine St., so there are Nordstrom stores and Racks all over the place. There is a Rack downtown, one near Southcenter, and one in Factoria on the East Side, among others.
